That's right folks - Russia and France have expressed their most nuanced displeasure at our plan for transferring civilian authority to the Iraqis.

To an extent, it's nice to see both nations expressing concern for the welfare of the Iraqi people. It's more than they were able to muster for the last thirteen years. Perhaps no one has told Chirac and Putin that the Oil-for-Food program has been canceled.
