The AG's office in Tennessee has issued a formal pronouncement on the Blakely decision's impact on the Tennessee sentencing scheme.

I will attempt to find a link to it shortly. In short, the State is conceding that Tennessee's scheme is constitutional mince meat. Chaos can be fun! Looks like the legislature will have some real work to do when it comes back into session under a Republican speaker and lieutenant governor.
