I voted today, pulling the lever for President Bush. There's not much (if anything) of note locally here in Davidson County / Nashville. I did vote for Ben West, Jr., for state representative, as he is one of the few true conservative Southern Democrats left. West proposed a less restrictive concealed carry permit law and voted against the state income tax session before last. I have no complaints.

Without a doubt, he's more Republican than many in the State Senate.
