Jordan has taken a decidedly litigious approach to terrorist Al-Zarqawi, indicting him for conspiring to attack Jordanian and American targets with WMD's.

I am optimistic he will not make his arraignment. Last report was that traffic in and out of Fallujah was a bit stalled.

You may, or may not have, heard of a thwarted attack in Amman this past April by terrorists with chemical weapons. It was a pretty big deal, and would have likely killed thousands if properly executed. One of our saving graces with Al Qaeda is their operatives' high degree of incompetence. It's almost as if Usama Bin Laden has stepped aside to allow Wile E. Coyote to run the show. This is not an attempt to minimize the dangers that Al Qaeda pose to the civilized world, but it seems clear that the best and brightest of the Islamist (not Islamic) world are either being taken out or forced into early retirement at a rapid pace.
