On the "controversial" killing of an illegal fighter/insurgent/terrorist in Fallujah...

Give this guy, and thousands like him, a break. Wounded act as such to ambush, the dead are planted with IED's, surrender flags are sent up to trick. You've lost your right to mercy - you deserve to be shot.

It is war.

Is is nasty, it is bloody, and people die.

The idea is that bad people die more than good people. My apologies to the more sophisticated, but it is black and white. And the benefit of the doubt goes to us. The burden to prove decency goes to them. I am sick of the naive blaming our men for doing wrong, when they are doing so much right. Mistakes are made. If they were planning political campaigns instead of shooting at our guys, the mistakes wouldn't happen. Go figure.

The fight for freedom is not for the faint of heart. The weak-kneed bring us down, and the morally inferior obstruct progress. It is their time to sit aside and wait this one out. Let the rest of us fight, and let those in Iraq fight, period.
