An atheist couple is suing because they aren't comfortable with what looks like a Christmas tree (but is being called a "giving tree") in the middle of their local shopping mall. They claim that they don't feel welcome in the mall, and that others share their imagined ostracization. The husband proudly states that he fights "injustice" whenever he finds it. And ... sometimes he just makes it up altogether!
