The first annual Davidson County Young Republican v. Davidson County Young Democrat Softball Challenge went as expected. More details are here.

Channel 2 did quite the feature on it on this afternoon's news, so Sarah said (I was at the office all afternoon). I'm going to be sure to catch tonight's cycle.

And yes, the Republican being interviewed is me. There was one awkward cut, but I was very impressed with the Channel 2 coverage of the event. Fox was there as well, and did a short piece last night. Not sure if they did a follow up today or not.
