My good friend and recent entrant into the world of Tennessee blogging, Bob Krumm, has a piece in The Tennessean yesterday.

President Bush has done much that is good in the last four years. There was much more he could have done, but late is better than never. So, Mr. President, I implore you to go before the nation and ask for a larger Army and for the men and women of this country to fill it. Please ask that Americans use more of the energy resources we have within our country and to conserve more of what we do use. And for God's sake, please secure our borders
