Per Bill Hobbs, Roll Call has done a story focusing on the vulnerability of Lincoln Davis, who is the two-term Democratic congressman from Tennessee's Fourth Congressional District.

Lincoln Davis has been beatable both times he's run. I think with the right candidate, this could be the case. If he wins a third term, he may be unbeatable prospectively, minus a significant political faux pas on his part.
