Unless you don't accept that poll numbers placing Bush in the low 40's were accurate.  How is it unbelievable that following this Ports deal and an emerging civil war in Iraq, that Bush would drop a few points?  I am with you that Bush having low poll numbers won't swing power over to the Democrats (especially in Diebold voting precincts) but they will have a negative effect on the Republicans.</description>
