		<description>One of the most effective attacks against John Kerry was the Swift Boats charade. SBVT was a 527 relied heavily on contributions from Texas businessmen to get their "message" out.  There is no reason to think that Republicans couldn't exploit the 527 provision just as, if not more, effectively than the Democrats in 2008.</description>
