After reporting on a confrontation between Van and Bob outside an event in Shelby County (I can’t vouch for any objectivity considering the source), TeamAntiCorker declares Van the real man in the US Senate race.

What might be even worse is that there’s actually a cheerleading section for these kinds of antics. Jeff Ward ends his post on the Corker/Hilleary exchange by proclaiming:

“Heck I’m from West Tennessee, we have settled a lot of problems and disagreements in politics with our fists and a ball bat or two. It may be wrong, immature and unprofessional, but it is very decisive.”

There you have it folks, oppose Van Hilleary and you might get attacked with a baseball bat by Jeff Ward and the “Team” GOP posse!

Er, that’s TeamAntiCorker, Jay. But at least we know how Van won all those straw polls - lots of broken knees and busted heads.
