Exactly. You’re right on there Nathan.

It’s amazing how liberals continually chant their mantra of “tolerance” and “diversity” but then seem to forget their teachings when something like this comes along.

All they’re trying to do here is stifle religious expression and put down people they think see as being plebians, neanderthals, rednecks, Bible-beaters, and who knows what else.

Someone should tell them that just because someone is different from you doesn’t make them less of a person for that.

I’m not really offended by it, if a group of people want to get together and pray for something, have at it. I mean the President of the United States has a “prayer team”, why shouldn’t Jimbo? He’s gonna need some supernatural help to win this election.

It isn’t offensive to me. I don’t think it is going to do a lick of good to pray for the man, but then again I wouldn’t. I don’t pray.

I think that most people are just fed up with the mixing of religion with politics. Sure, this prayer group isn’t affiliated with the campaign initially, but it would appear that way to the casual observer.
