Nathan Moore's Thoughts
Huffington Post – Don't Vote for Obama, He's Black and We'll Lose
That’s the rally cry from one particular Democrat activist
Maybe it’s me. Maybe I’m the racist. Because I’m not excited about the results of the Iowa caucus. Yes, he beat Hillary, he beat Edwards, Edwards beat Hillary, Obama won a state that is 91.7% white according to their Wikipedia entry. Obviously race won’t be or isn’t an issue in the campaign, so he’s electable, right? It’s obvious. Iowa proves it.
Well, I still don’t buy it. And I think Republicans more than Democrats want me to.
Yeah, actually, you may be a little racist. Wishing the defeat of a black man because of his color, for whatever reason, doesn’t bode well for one’s tolerance quotient, as you see if you keep reading
Face it, our, White America’s, relationship with Black America is tenuous at best. Police do profile them, as do many of you, they often don’t make the same amount for the same job, it’s been proven their very names may prevent them from getting jobs. So many more of their youth than their white counterparts are put in jail, poverty has a darker face in most areas, on and on I could go. We haven’t gotten that quite right yet. And until we do, until equality is commonplace, I’m just not sure that when it comes down to the privacy of a voting booth a majority of Americans will vote for Barrack Hussein Obama.
That’s the Huffington Post at its finest. Despite no proof, middle America is still too racist to elect a black man president.
I am at a loss. One of the whitest states in the nation overwhelmingly sends Obama out of its cauci with a victory. Another one of the whitest states in the nation has him leading, in most polls, overwhelmingly. Race paranoia is an apparently incurable malady. Who would have thought Democrats at the Huffington Post would use race to stand in the way of the latest black man wanting to be president?
There are plenty of substantive reasons why Barack Obama will be electoral mincemeat in the general election. Voting to let the aborted living die in a waste bin is one. I can assure you the fact that his middle name is “Hussein” won’t compare to the damage that will be caused by his record.
I’d not be a bit surprised if this guy’s post is gone by tomorrow.

Well, George Bush is white, and look where that got us.

I hate to admit it, but I agree with Arrianna.
I would love to have either Obama or Hillary as president. I think either would do a good job. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way.
I am not a racist. I am one of the least racist people I know. My racism or lack thereof, is not the problem here. The real question is: How much faith do you have that America is not racist.
I don’t have much. I love my country but America as a whole is dumb, stubborn, and closed minded. Remember, this is the same country that elected George W Bush…twice! The worst president in the history of our country and these idiots elect hime twice!
I don’t believe that America will vote for a black man OR a woman. Especially in the south. Not too many groups of people on this planet are as dumb or as racist as the southern states of America. They would re-elect Bush a 3rd time before they’d vote for Obama or Hillary.
That means if either of them gets the nomination, I believe we will have at least 4 more years of republican bullsh*t.
I’m voting for Edwards.

Obama is not black! As long as his mother was white he is not black! What he is, is a coward for not standing up and not checking a box. His choosing to be black makes him a coward and speaks volumes to his character and agenda.

Obama shouldn’t be voted for. He is a horrible candidate. I’m voting for McCain. I have not liked what I’ve seen in his campaign. Obama is black. I don’t care if he’s half purple and half black, he’s still a Black! I won’t say race doesn’t matter, but it SHOULDN”T! What does matter is that he’s a democrat. Statistically and historically Dems. have always raised taxes. But, if you REALLY want to pay more taxes, vote Obama.
I want to keep my money! I’m for McCain!
